How to make Chicken Lollipop recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATING THE CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS 
  • Chicken lollipops - 12 pieces
  • Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto - 1/2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Egg - 1
INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN LOLLIPOP BATTER
  • All purpose flour / maida - 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger  - 1/4 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Garlic  - 1/4 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Red chilli paste to taste
  • Salt to taste
OTHER INGREDIENTS
  • Oil  for deep fry
  • Onions and coriander leaves - for garnish
PROCESS
  • Take ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, black pepper, ajinomoto, salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add chicken lollipops to the above mixture and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 1 hour in a refrigerator.
  • Add all purpose flour/maida, corn flour, red chilli paste, salt, ginger, garlic paste  and one beaten egg to the marinated chicken and mix them well.
  • Heat the oil untill hot enough in a deep frying pan. Then fry the chicken lollipops on medium flame, untill they turn in to golden brown color.
  • Keep the chicken lollipops in a paper towel for soak the surplus oil.
  • Finally garnish chicken lollipops with onions and coriander leaves.
